How owners cast their votes
Teams represent your association or community. Each team can have multiple ballots (elections) and team members who help manage them.
A ballot represents a single election event (e.g., "2026 Annual Board Election").
Units are the properties in your association (apartments, condos, townhomes).
Owners are the people who can vote. Each owner is linked to one or more units.
Candidates are the people running for election.
At your annual meeting, owners need to sign in before voting. This establishes quorum and creates a record of attendance.
Tip: The quorum tracker at the top shows your progress toward meeting quorum requirements in real-time.
If an owner cannot attend but has assigned their vote to another owner (proxy):

Each owner receives a unique QR code for voting.
Important: Only owners who signed in can vote. Each owner can only vote once.

If your association's bylaws require votes to be weighted by ownership percentage:

Owner A has 2.5% ownership. Owner B (with 1.5%) assigned proxy to Owner A.
When Owner A votes, their vote carries 4.0% weight (2.5% + 1.5%).
